About Bruce...

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Bruce Klorfine has enjoyed a fulfilling career as a pianist, playing both at home and abroad. He began learning the piano as a child, and his love of music became a lifelong pursuit. As a jazz performance major at York University he was able to benefit from a faculty that included some of Canada's top musicians and educators — including Lorne Lofsky, Don Thompson, and the late, legendary Oscar Peterson.

Since then Bruce has gained more than 18 years of professional experience — immersed in styles ranging from jazz to pop, Broadway, Latin and more. He has worked in a wide range of group settings, large and small, and as a solo act. He has been a contributing artist on several recordings and freelanced at many of Toronto's finer venues. Bruce frequently lends his talents to weddings, corporate events, and other festive occasions. He's also enjoyed playing on some of the world's popular cruise lines, such as Princess, Carnival, and Norwegian — allowing him the opportunity to work with well-known entertainers like Kathie Lee Gifford, John Davidson, Norm Crosby, and Fred Travalena — while traveling the world by sea.
